In a statement published on May 2nd 2018, we proudly announced that EOS Dublin is 100% founder owned and funded.
EOS Dublin is registered under EOS Blockchain Limited, a Limited Irish Company.
Sharif Bouktila and Sam Noble are the founding team, each owning 40% of the company, vested over 3 years. The remaining 20% is kept as an employee options pool.
